Cold-formed Profiles
This is a modern solution in steel construction that combines lightness with especially high strength. Made of structural steel, they feature optimal profile geometry in the form of Z roof purlins (commonly called ‘Z-profiles’) and Ʃ (sigma) and C wall beams (C-profiles). This ensures high load-bearing capacity using minimal material.
Cold-formed profiles with a zinc-magnesium coating are also dedicated to highly corrosive environments. We offer the option of adjusting the dimensions to the individual needs of the client. Our profiles provide a comprehensive solution for a variety of investments. We primarily use galvanised steel for production, but also raw (black) steel, aluminium, and stainless steel.

Sheet Metal Processing
These are key finishing elements in construction, providing protection against weather factors and improving the building’s aesthetics. We produce them from high-quality materials, with a core of steel (at least grade S280GD), coated in zinc and a polyester topcoat, ensuring resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage.
For higher corrosion classes, we offer steels with special coatings such as PUR/PA, PRISMA, HDX, HPS, or PVC. The wide range of colours and steel thicknesses (from 0.5 mm to 2.0 mm) allows us to tailor the products to the specific requirements of each project. We provide a comprehensive approach, including technical consultancy and adapting our solutions to specific construction requirements.

Purlins and Beams
These cold-formed profiles are used as substructures for walls and roofs. They are important structural elements used in roof construction. Our solutions, made from lightweight steel, are highly resistant to loads and corrosion. Thanks to modern production technologies, PROFILAR purlins and beams ensure easy assembly and reduce project completion time.
We routinely manufacture standard cold-formed profiles from high-strength structural steel in grade S350GD + Z275MAC according to PN-EN 10346. Upon request, profiles in grades S390GD or S420GD are also available.
Using steel with a zinc-magnesium coating (e.g., Magnelis®, corrender®, MagiZinc®, Ecoprotect®) ensures its longevity, reducing operating costs over the long term. The optimised profile geometry helps to reduce material costs and improve efficiency.

Container Profiles
Used for creating container frames, applied in offices, stores, cold storage, etc. We use C, U, and L profiles, usually made from raw steel (black, hot-rolled in grades S235 or S355) and galvanised steel up to 10 mm thick. We also offer production from galvanised steel with thicknesses of 5 and 6 mm.
Depending on the thickness, they can be produced in lengths of over 12 metres, with specialist perforations, chamfering, and technological cutouts.
