Privacy Policy of the Website

1. Definitions:

1.1. Administrator – Adamietz limited liability company, headquartered in Strzelce Opolskie at Braci Prankel 1 Street, 47-100 Strzelce Opolskie, REGON: 532242263, NIP: 7561836633, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0000100273.
1.2. Personal Data – information about an identified or identifiable natural person through one or more specific factors determining physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity, including device IP address, internet identifier, and information collected via cookies or other similar technologies.
1.3. Policy – this Privacy Policy.
1.4. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
1.5. Website – the website operated by the Administrator at www.adamietz.pl.
1.6. User – any natural person visiting the Website or using one or more of the services or functionalities described in this Policy.

2. Processing of Personal Data in connection with the use of the Website

2.1. In connection with the User’s use of the Website, the Administrator collects data to the extent necessary to provide the individual services offered. The specific rules and purposes of processing Personal Data collected during the User’s use of the Website are described below.

3. Purposes and legal grounds for processing Personal Data on the Website

3.1. Personal Data of all individuals using the Website are processed by the Administrator:
a) to provide electronic services in terms of making the content gathered on the Website available to Users – the legal basis for the processing is the necessity of processing to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
b) to establish and pursue claims or defend against claims – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting of protecting its rights;
c) to enable contact with the Administrator via the contact form;
d) to allow applications for employment with the Administrator in connection with a specific recruitment process.

4.1. As part of the Website, the Administrator uses cookies. The purposes and rules regarding the use of cookies are set out in the Cookies Policy.

5. Data Retention Period

5.1. The period for which data is processed by the Administrator depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing. As a rule, data are processed for the duration of the service, until the consent is withdrawn, or an effective objection to the data processing is raised – where the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Administrator.
5.2. The data processing period may be extended if the processing is necessary to establish and pursue any claims or defend against claims, and thereafter only to the extent required by law. After the data processing period expires, the data is permanently deleted.

6.1. The User has the right to access the content of their data and to request its rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection.
6.2. The User also has the right to object, for reasons related to their particular situation, to the processing of data based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator.

7. Recipients of Personal Data

7.1. In connection with the provision of services, Personal Data will be disclosed to external entities, including in particular IT service providers enabling the proper use of the Website.
7.2. If the User consents, their data may also be shared with other entities for their own purposes, including marketing purposes.
7.3. The Administrator reserves the right to disclose selected information concerning the User to competent authorities or third parties requesting such information, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable law.

8. Transfer of Personal Data outside the EEA

9.1. The Administrator continuously analyzes risk to ensure that Personal Data is processed securely – primarily to ensure that only authorized persons have access to the data and only to the extent necessary for their tasks. The Administrator ensures that all operations on Personal Data are recorded and performed only by authorized employees and collaborators.
9.2. The Administrator takes all necessary actions to ensure that its subcontractors and other cooperating entities also provide guarantees of applying appropriate security measures whenever they process Personal Data on behalf of the Administrator.

10. Changes to the Privacy Policy

10.1. The Policy is regularly reviewed and updated as necessary.
10.2. The current version of the Policy was adopted and is effective from 01.01.2023.
